Self Defense with Alex Bakken- Carbon County Sheriff

This course aims to utilize real-world methodology, statistics, and tactics to teach self-defense and self-protection. Instead of being a single factor entity, successful self-defense and protection is a multi-faceted construct of comprised of several different components. This course aims to cover each of these components in order to build an effective and well-rounded self-protection foundation.
