: Understanding strategy is an important aspect of organizational leadership. Leaders must not only establish the right strategy for their organization but also must secure support from followers and other stakeholders to help realize the strategy. Implementing, sustaining, and changing a strategy requires power, influence, and ethics. Strategic leadership must also include risk assessment and crisis planning. This course will focus on strategic leadership, with an overview of characteristics included, methods for how to implement strategy, and challenges that arise for the strategically focused leader.Instructor Description
: This class is an independent-study course. Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material. A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
